Designed by Flavio Manzoni's design team inside the factory. The car was rumoured to be equipped with laFerrari KERS system, but after the presentation it came out it's not based on truth. The car participated in Ferrari Cavalcade event on Sicily, right under the Mount Etna, stratovolcano which was very active during the event. The car is influenced by early race cars, mostly pontoon-fender 250 Testa Rossa. It has a glass window in the bonnet to whow the red painted engine heads. The vehicle costs $4.2 million. The custom paint based on Rosso Corsa is called Extracampoinario. It is multi-layered and micalised (pearlescent) version of the famous tone. The designation TRS derivates form onwer's instagram nickname TestaRossaSam.

There are two examplesm at least one was later rebodied at Carrozzeria Zanasi. Also get new front lights which are now divided in two parts. Upper part is a shorter and modernized version of the former ones, the lower parts are hidden in bumper vents. One vehicle used to have licence plate 11100, I've seen shots of it where it was rebodied. There are also shots of 11100 car being wrapped (?) in chrome foil. Latest shots show it with UAE plates. The fate of the second car is unknown to me. Only a few shots of a black car can be found on the Net.
